Bijvoorbeeld als u de woning gedeeltelijk met eigen geld wilt financieren of als er de afgelopen jaren overwaarde is opgebouwd. Hierdoor is de rente extra laag en de maximale hypotheeklening extra hoog. Totaal hypotheekbedrag: Maximaal 100% van de executiewaarde. Rentevastperiode: Variabel, 1, 5, 6, 10, 15, 20 en 30 jaar. Kosten bouwdepot: EUR 500,-. Boeteclausule versnelde aflossing (Boeterente) Bank of Scotland economy hypotheek: Contante waarde van het renteverschil, met een minimum van 1 maand rente.
