Fortis Aflossingsvrije hypotheekU betaalt alleen rente en lost niet af, de maandlasten zijn daardoor lager dan bij andere hypotheekvormen. De maximale hoogte van de aflossingsvrije hypotheek is ondermeer afhankelijk van de overwaarde van uw woning. Deze hypotheek is vooral aantrekkelijk indien u meer financiele ruimte wilt. De hypotheekrente over de hypotheeklening is maximaal 30 jaar fiscaal aftrekbaar, omdat u niet aflost is de hypotheekschuld na die 30 jaar nog aanwezig.
